Lousy customer service. The cashier was more concerned with store practices than with customer convenience. Had to wait for quite a while to pay for toys purchased at the checkout because of the store policy. Not impressed at all with their service, their policies, their practices and above all attitude towards paying customers. The senior manager was the saving grace and if not for his helpful attitude, I would have left the store and gone somewhere else to make the purchase.

No one makes Pizza quite like them! Hands down best Pakistani Desi flavoured pizza ever! Full of masala, cheese, chicken in every bite and superlative value for money.

I've been a faithful customer for over a decade - for three reasons: cordial attitude, good quality and variety.

Nice place to do grocery shopping. The area itself has many other shops such as coffee, juice, ice cream shop as well as bakery, sweets, dry fruits and flowers. They also sell kids toys and electronics. Rahat itself has money exchange center as well as large water bottle for dispenser. Near by shops are also interesting. However, the store itself iand nearby stores are not complete. Saddar or RA Bazar nearby is more comprehensive. There is parking problem sometimes. For a near 5 star experience, try Green valley in The Mall of Lahore nearby.

3 pound fresh careem cake was not available in morning. They don't have much choices in morning. They start making cakes later in the day.

A little expensive but taste is at peak. Quality bakers.

It's a very old bakery of Lahore, been there for ages!!! Middle of the road nothing bad or good about it.
