Happen to visit this property today at hi-tea time. They offer hi tea at Creek Lounge at the cost of PKR. 1350/- Today the menu was not that much attractive and tempting. As this was last evening of the year and we were quite hungry so we just ate the food.

This establishment (COPIED VERSION OF THE REAL RAMADA HOTEL, WHICH WE GOT TRICKED) is disgusting and shouldn’t be allowed to trade as a hotel. PLEASE do not stay here for the following reasons: -- Business suite room has dirty and worn out furniture -- Room didn't have second double bed, they had to substitute with a rundown mattress, kept itching all night -- Breakfast was hard to swallow and tasted stale, I could hear insect noises in dining room at times -- Mattress and bed was very difficult to sleep on, springs felt like knives running into your back -- Mini Bar and kitchen area in room suite was very unhygienic and foul, stale food smell that seemed to be there for ages! -- Dreadful smell of bio waste, had to use mask to counter powerful smell – The room dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them -- coat hangers have steel nails inserted into them on top the hang from bar above lol – Our bathroom smelt of raw sewage and our toilet didn’t work properly – There was no hot water, heater not operational – Oh, and I caught impetigo which for those of you that don’t know is a bacterial infection caused by poor hygiene. Terrible hotel, poor cleanliness and bad attitude, hotel staff face expressions always seen with angrily frustration as they don't enjoy the job! To some up, the suite room felt more like a funeral home facility than a hotel! I am ashamed that we stayed here and embarrassed that we blessed the owner with any of our hard earned money. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID! THANK YOU
