Pre-clinical part in private medical college is usually good but clinical side is weak. Indoors General patients are insufficient for students. Private colleges are earning lots from students they should spend some funds on poor patients. Riches, most of their income spend on decoration, show and luxuries. It is better to spent this money on poor patients from students learn the illnesses.
