272 bed cardiology hospital known as Rawalpindi institute of Cardiology was inaugurated in 2012. Hospital is very highly rated for its cost effective and high quality cardiac services. It has 24/7 emergency available as well. Based on the experiences of people I know, will rate it as the best cardiology hospital in Rawalpindi and Islamabad where one can get quality treatment in much low expenses as compared to other big names. Appreciate govt of Punjab for keeping it in good hands.

This hospital provides good medical services in heart related diseases. The doctors and other staff is cooperative but still I found that lower staff try to get tip. The canteen is good one and providing cheap meals. The other expenses are on higher side which needs to be reduced as its a government hospital. The waiting area is good.

Visited some time ago, it was just mind blowing setup and was a big relief for people. Free heart treatment and medicines are available. But it is time taking as a large number of patients are in queue for their treatment. The overall administration, setup, dealing with patients and other services are admirable. A positive opinion was seen in public as its very less for government hospitals.

This was my first experience of visiting a government hospital and i was amazed with the cleanliness and equipment they have. The staff was also not rude, unlike most of the government employees are. The only problem faced was everything took a lot of Waiting time which was understandable because of number of patients.
