The place was decent overall, there are few things to note. 1. Don't involve any agent as the process is very easy. 2. No one will tell you this point: passport collect on will be made from saddar office. 3. The token timings are revised as 8:30am to 12:00/12:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30 to 11:30 Friday. As a gesture of good will I don't want my brothers to go there in fasting condition and get there time wasted..

5/ 5

Staff here at awami markaz branch is more competent and well trained than other branches. Don't get involved with agents here because passport office's staff is there for your help. Cleanliness, public dealing and services are far much better. Just wait for your turn and get your process done.

Yestrday I visited NADRA Awami Markaz branch, management was ok if not good. Needs to improve the management behaviour and way of talking also, however I must say that comparing their behaviour from previous times, their behaviour improved alot. They are much better than passport office Saddar.

Visited for passport for kids today and couldn't believe when i came out in 30 mins with all process completed. Staff guided properly and paid attention to accurately input data. Not what I experienced for myself few years back when service was pathetic. Well done to the staff and officials. Tips: 1. Reach early -office opens 8.30 and early birds benefit 2. Go through passport website and ensure you have all required docs with you 3. Pay fee a day in advance. 4. Ignore agents no matter what they say 5. You'll need to get the filled form attested by 17+ grade official before submission

The staff here is nice, cooperative, and (surprisingly, for a government office in Pakistan) competent. Don't take the help of agents, they'll just charge you extra and you don't need them. The process is easy and quick enough to follow from start to finish.

Just visited to renew the CNIC, very slow service, around 8 counters but slow process. It take 2 hours and 15 minutes for my turn, around after 30 people. First you need to collect token from outside window in the queue, it takes around 15 20 minutes, there is same token and wait time for regular and executive payments. Then you have to sit inside the hall and wait for your turn. During the process you have to pay fees as per your requirements regular or executive. After process you have to go outside again in the queue and submit the paper. Now there are agents outside asking for the passport work, mostly it happened when office service is slow and poor, so agents can arrange fast process and charge you. Obviously share go everywhere. Very good afforts by the government for fast and transparent services but people make it bad for some known and unknown reasons
