Ample space available to make improvements in the building and infrastructure, particularly at the points where people come & wait for the process to get passport. Waiting areas below standard & people in waiting were squeezed in small rooms. Uneasy chairs. No proper arrangement for car parking.

Staff is cooperative, there are only two data entry counters so it takes a bit of time. Before going there for token, get the fee submitted at NBP malir 15. Additional requirements that they ask for is parents NIC copy, its not written anywhere. Do take it with you. Don't pay any agent, the process is simple and staff is usually cooperative.
