Very irate with the manager and some members of staff. I purchased some medicine which I wasn't sure I needed but was assured that as long as seal is in tact and I have the receipt I could return it anytime. When I went to return it they wouldn't refund or exchange the items as a staff member had written on the box. I did not ask the staff to write the dosage on the box and was told I could exchange it no problem. They wouldn't take it back and on top when I asked why I was given incorrect information the manager was rude to me. Alhumdullilah money is not an issue and I will give that medicine to someone in need in sha Allah and earn sawaab but it's a matter of principle and professional courtesy. Your job is to be kind no matter what and respectful and admit to mistakes your staff make. Instead he was accusing me and then also said the person who made the error has left. Unfortunately I could not remember his face so could not be sure. I think that was a lie too. Please train your staff properly and give correct advice and professional etiquettes. And please remember there a people who can't afford things that may need to return items and it's very bas if you did this to them

Very poor customer service. Its my humble request to the owner to change his manager as he is trying to impose his rules in a rude way. I would never return to your pharmacy till this person is their. Very horrible. 😡

Ver bad experience, especially the behaviour of the manager is very rude to the customers 😒. Extremely disappointed. I would never recommend anyone to buy from here because of non cooperative behaviour.👎👎👎
