Beautiful view, very tidy room but no hot water, heaters are just for show and worse backup system for electricity. Not worth for the rent if basic necessities are not available. Highly disappointed, shortened my trip and left after one night.

Great place and weather for families to relax. Minimum 2 day stay for enjoying.In the 2nd say visit nearby beautiful places and the aabshaar. I ll recommend Summer Retreat Hotel. Rooms and furniture in executive block is new.. Always Make reservation b4 you come with family. Food quantity is good, but expensive.

Beware, they'll charge for extra mattress. Rooms are just ok, not good enough for a rent of over 8k per night. Bargain for a best deal. For a standard room they'll quote 12k or over.

Very small rooms with very high room rates

So they have two hotels Green Retreat and Summer Retreat. We choose summer Retreat. First of all they charge equal to any 3 star hotel. And even then nothing is complete. No soap in bath room, room's are too cold and they can't give central heating system instead they gave LPG cylinder heater which is highly dangerous. No Iron in the room. You have to share one Iron with everyone. For that you have to leave your room. Even all bulbs were not working. We choose deluxe room and the door leading to terrace has a lock which is easily accessible to kids. Not kids friendly at all. I must say make sure they have everything before booking any room

Good hotel.. Is at good height. Accessibility to the hotel is difficult. Service is good Hotel is good. Rooms have electrically heated blankets which are too good in freezing temperatures.

Nice place to spend a weekend. Don't trust their phone attendant if you're calling to confirm the room rates. They literally denied having a conversation with me within 10 minutes. Other than that, room was good and comfy. Sheets could have been in a better state.
