The location was pretty good. Pick up service from airport went very well. Cozy place in a uptown area, very green. Walking distance to Super and Kohsar Market. The room was cozy and nicely made. The staff was polite and accommodating. Overall had a pleasant time. Will come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Serai Boutique hotel. The minute I stepped out of the car, I was greeted by their manager. The staff made me so comfortable. They were extremely courteous, checked in with me everyday about my stay and made every effort to make me feel like I was at home. Mr. Ayaz Khan's sincerity, courtesy, and professionalism was beyond my expectations. His trustworthiness, courtesy, and hospitality were the main reasons that I extended my stay at this hotel. Every single person in their staff was just wonderful. My special thanks to Marco, Ayaz Khan, Maqsood, and Kashif. What a wonderful team there !

An excellent place for a weekend getaway with great rates. Privacy is paramount.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff wad not just hospitality but extremely cooperative. From doorman to reception to room service and laundry nobody disappointed. Extremely clean and nice rooms specially in days of covid. They confirmed my arrival before my check in time and never bothered me to check out. Which was a relief from constant calls you received after you pass check out time. Their check in time is also flexible on request.

Place is good but needs some renovations in toilet

Staff was cooperative but there were issues in the rooms. Bathrooms were not in good shape, lack of maintenance.
