I count my lucky stars that I happened across Route2 Pilates Studio. The instructors are highly skilled and take the time to get to know you. They help you set targets and challenge you to achieve more! Within a few months of attending classes (at least 3 times a week,) I noticed that my posture had changed, my stamina had increased, my flexibility was the best it's ever been and my core was strong!
