Horrible staff and very rude. They do not assist you at all. They just make hateful comments and treat you like garbage. I went to the airport in ample time and still was unable to board my flight. The receptionists told me it was fine for to just live at the airport. I feel that they discriminated against me as I am an American. I am very upset and will never use their services or Etihad again.
