If i could give a lower rating then one i would give. The customer service in this place as horrible, also dont be duped by the pictures they place on their site. My family (also including one infant) of 4 arrived in the middle of the night expecting to have a family room there. I had discussed this numerous times with the owner SHAKIL over the phone prior to arriving. Since we were arriving in the middle of the night I had even booked the room from the day before to ensure availability. He has assured me that the room would be available.Surprise, Surprise when we got their in the middle of the night the room was not available. The clerk was expecting us, I saw my name on the list, but he did have the courtesy to tell us the room was not available till I asked him about the room. At this point he already had copies of all our passports, etc. I asked him to call the owner , which he did not want to do. I tried to call Shakil, but he did not pick up the phone. The cleark basically said that he had one room available with one bed and that If i wanted that he would give me that and in the morning would try to get us the family room. He said their was already someone in thier and that he was expecting them to check out in the morning. I asked him how that could be possible if i had booked the room from the day before, he did give me answer. I suspect they had overbooked the rooms. Nevertheless I was pissed, but since it was the middle of the night I took the small room. In the morning they said that the family room was not available as there was an explosion next door and the rooms were damaged. I went to go see the family room, the windows were broken. Besides that the family room looked nothing like the pictures they posted. I again called the owner with no response. I decided to leave the room and go to a different place. Instead of comping the small room for the few hours spent there and all the inconvenience they decided to charge the full amount. They called shakil and were able to talk to him, but when i asked to speak to him, he was unavailable. They had my passport copies and a guard standing at the front door with an automatic rifle. For the safety of my family I decided to pay these thieves reluctantly, and I left. I advice you never stay at this place. The owner is not to be trusted.

today I am very disappointed regarding room.ac was not workings prperly.due to this i can sleep hole night.after complaint a room boy come my room .he make me foil and asked me that gas problems due to this ac canot work.
