Too chaotic whenever you visit no matter the time of the day! Terrible cheap loud music playing all the time which aggravates your experience into a bad one instead of making it a pleasant one. Staff is not very friendly. The treatment you get is too robotic and you almost feel like you're being chucked into an assembly line of a salon. I've had manicures, pedicures, blow drys and haircuts and so I'm saying this after experiencing their different services. The only reason I kept going was because it's really close to my home and I wanted not to be biased and give it a chance but doesn't live up to its hype. It's not a sophisticated experience but just meh!

It is a very nice place and it’s clean compared to some others. The prices for their services are reasonable. I went there to have my acrylic nails removed and for a mani-padi... the staff is welcoming but some of the girls are not well trained to do the job they are given. I also think that this salon is not as organized as it should be; one girl can start providing you a service and 2 will come help or take over and an other will finish. Aside from these things, over all it was a good experience.

This is the WORSE salon I've ever been to. Went in for my hair and makeup. I asked the artist to not over do, such as brighten, my face with tons of foundation and powder. He did exactly this and I told him that I felt like a ghost and as if someone put vanilla cake on my face. Highly disappointing. When I reached home I took my makeup off. The other huge issue were the eyelash clue. He put so much that it was sooo difficult to open my eyes and it burned. The glue didn't come off for a few days and a bit of my original eyelashes fell off as well. Another concern was about dirty brushes being used. I noticed a brush or two falling and the artist picked it right up and used it on my face. I noticed many many tiny pimples of my face that exact moment and a lot more the next day. My hair wasn't bad but I did come home and fixed it. Very flat curls. While there, I noticed a young lady getting her eyelashes done....she screamed with pain and it burned her eyes. Something I did notice was that the staff didn't take this seriously. She said she was quite dizzy and took it off herself. Later the staff blamed it on her. Poor thing. Never again!! Poor quality and unprofessional. They take your money upfront and after this don't care much. Very disappointing. The quality in the makeup quality is very poor as well. Lesson: Find a better salon in Islo OR invest in makeup supplies and do it yourself.

Crowded. Messed up a service and then insisted that I was wrong and that they were right. When I complained to the woman in charge she said that yes I was right, something was wrong but it couldn't be fixed so I just had to live with it for a couple of months.
