Not good one. They never tell you truth. They lie. They have very less land but they sold too many files. Their representatives are not faithful with their customer. In RP Sector E16 they grab money but fail to fulfill the CDA requirements. Please donot purchase any kind of property from them. Stay away stay safe.

One of my relative had an inquiry about there plot and legality(NOC) of this housing society, so before visiting there we tried to call their UAN—which doesn't work—and then we tried one of their landline number—which also doesn't work. Finally we had to go directly to their office, it was a working day and of course within the working hours, but none of their senior officers were present there to answer the inquiries and the juniors just asked ask to visit again; in a nut shell, very unprofessional!
