Mr. Qamar Sabzwari handled a simple s17(8) IRRO rent default case for us. After 5 months the Rent controller dismissed our case, ruling that it had been "incompetently filed". That is the level of competency (or rather the lack of it) of Sabzwari Law Associates! In general the approach is to write petitions without thinking about the issues and then turn up at hearings without any preparation.
