I have been there several times, and every time I go there, I enjoyed. Once I drove my jeep to the other side of lake where the water falls from mountains. A great adventure of my life

The Jeep drive needed to get up to this place is scary as hell with its narrow path and no barriers, but it is SO worth it. Best time to go there is at the break of dawn in the July/August months, just in time to catch the sunrise (it's when there's no tourists hogging the place and it was completely deserted when we went up there). Absolutely surreal experience. Along with freshly served chai, there's also a friendly old man up there who shares tales of the mountain's mythical history. I'd suggest you avoid taking the sketchy boat ride on the lake though, there have been tons of drowning incidents as the lake is extremely deep and freezing cold, even in the summer.

This majestic and mind blowing lake is at an elevation of 10,578 feet above sea level, and is one of the highest lakes in Pakistan. SubhanAllah.
