Services are fine. Staff is friendly. Samba Bank in Pakistan needs to improve their digital services

Services are fine. Staff is friendly. Samba Bank in Pakistan needs to improve their digital services better though....there are a number of Donation Accounts that they keep adding as your beneficiaries without seeking your approval and consent. Besides, they block your services without informing you why? When you call their customer service, then they tell you that your ID has expired and you need to provide updated ID.
