Non-existent customer support. I have been calling Clifton and other locations from NY for something that I ordered online and no one is picking up the phone on any of Sapphire locations in Karachi. I have been trying for a week now and when I called the main office, all they said is call after 8 PM, which again no one is picking. They really need to focus on customer support if they want to attract online customers / overseas Pakistanis

The new Sapphire flagship store is worth the shopping experience. The place is spaceous and well designed. They have loads of designs for men, women, kids and home textiles. Staff is very helpful. They even offer an online ordering service if they run out of designs/sizes (which they often do).
