Saudi Arabian Airlines islamabad

A very poor experience of travelling with Saudi Airline from Jeddah to Islamabad on 15 May 2017. The staff on the aircraft was so unprofessional that words cant describe their true worth........ their behavior towards the passengers was insulting ...... as if they were travelling free of cost or on charity.............. No airline in the world treats passengers like that............. you request them for a simple glass of water and no one turns back............ i saw a number of elderly people waking themselves to the stewards / air hostesses den in the flight to fetch a simple glass of water....... the aircraft crew was .................. SIMPLY DISRESPECTFUL, ARROGANT AND AT PLACES HUMILIATING to most of the common Pakistanis travelling by the airline. i conveyed my point of view to the Captain of the Flight as well However not sure whether it would have an impact or not.............

Unhelpful staff. Pathetic office environment.

Bullshit airline. It exactly represents racist mentality of Saudi. I travel from Islamabad to Canada. It was my wort experience due to unprofessional staff of bullshit Saudi airline.

Pathetic! I wish I had the authority to fire the all the staff of the airline at the airport check in counter and that in this office. They are so unprofessional and untrained! I got a transit flight booked through Saudi airline to Toronto. The entire itinerary was issued by Saudi airline itself. However when I reached at the airport check in counter, they denied boarding due to the travel ban imposed on people vaccinated outside the Kingdom. This was never explained at the time of making my booking. Anyways, I rushed to the airport sales office of the airline only to learn that they can't do anything. Hence, I missed the flight !!!!! I went to the Saudi airline's head office in Islamabad the following day to request refund for denied boarding. But the extremely rude staff offer there didn't do anything. Instead, referred me back to the booking origin. My simple question is why did the airline issues the ticket at the first place if their government doesn't allow transit flights via their land??????????

They are a bunch of stupids made to sit there in pure Pakistani style. They treat ever visitor as if they are giving some personal favor to the customer instead of performing their duties.

They sold me a ticket for France but didn't let me board the plane. their excuse was that Pakistanis are not allowed to transit through Saudi Arabia because of Covid. Why would you sell a ticket, if that is the case ?

Worst experience and customer service. Was not able to complete my work.

This office very far and also staff is not compromise also find the door close opening time please we need the new branches in different area
