Sencor sts 3050 bk damage product they sold to me
We had such a bad experience at Save mart Tulsa road Rawalpindi. We bought one toaster and it came faulty. It’s lever was not working. Next day we came with the complainant and manager told us they can’t do anything except they returned this product to the company and we have to check after 3 days . After 3 days today we came back and they said we have to wait an other week as consonant didn’t response. Toaster is something that is very important and basic need . We have guest as well and we informed them kindly exchange it or give our money but they are not accommodating us at all. They just concern that their mart can’t take hit on damage item as they already paid to the company and they have to get it fix or replace from them. My question is we bought it from you , we don’t care from where you they bough . We trusted and know save mart not xyz comanog . Rather respecting customer ‘s complaints they are more focused on their business loss . We our old customer of save mart , even move from lalazar to Bahria still coming to them for household and stuff as well e trousers but we were so shocked to see their rude responses . We should urge upon senior management’s kindly take care of customer and their problems as well . Kindly hire some educated stuff who should trained on basic customer services. Hope to see prompt and speedy. Yesterday we received toaster back and got shocked to see that noting has been fixed .
