Plus their frozen chocolate contains more ice than chocolate. Their prices even higher compared to other (better tasting chains) like coffee planet. Though the seating is enjoyable. Just an average overall.

This is one of the well known coffee shop in Lahore and having many other branches at different places. I personally say that they have good quality of coffee, snacks and desert with them. The staff is courteous and they make the coffee as per taste. Thus is right choice for coffee lovers and especially the seating arrangement is very good and you will have a great view of mall while enjoying your cup.

Great coffee for coffee lovers. They offer tasty sandwiches along with the coffee which is very enjoyable. They have made small area but it is well decorated and very cozy.

The taste was good. I don’t get the idea of paying more for the whipped cream if we order cookies n cream shake. Otherwise too good in taste. 💯 Service a bit slow when ordered in peak hours.

They have a seating area even in corona pandemic. The service time can be improved. The sandwiches were very average considering it a well renowned coffee company.

Absolute nill customer service, two guys at the cafe only one takes the order and the prepare it while other standing and looks around. Que of customers didn't make this brat to move as he thinks he is manager managing one person. Waited and didn't order because of this behaviour.

This is a great place to be when you have a heavy pocket as it provides a very decent and rich quality food and beverage. This franchise has maintained its brands name satisfies customers with great taste of snakes. But one should only visit here frequently if he or she affords it, as usually everyone doesn't.
