Hell of an experience. Quite literally. I went there to get my hair colored in one tone. It took 2 something hours and I was in complete agony the whole time. They treated my head as if a head of a mannequin. They pulled my hair so much whether it was during brushing or sectioning my hair. It was a complete torture. They didn't seem to care when I was flinching because of the pain and said that it is suppose to be like that. It's the next morning and my scalp still hurts for there assault. A complete rip off.

Rates are not exactly the service provided, should be little bit less or they have to hire upgraded, skilled staff. Few years back, the staff was more skilled and the interior was fresh. Now they need to maintain and upgrade. However, it's still one of the best saloon in area especially ambience wise.

They haven't maintain their reputation....

Worst experience ever ! My skin was dry.. and they didn't even moisturized it nor applied any primer .. my make up got break after an hour during my ceremony! It turned into black spots !
