Facial was v good but the salon was so dirty and ambiance was not good. The staff was watching TV in v loud volume. Before it was good but now a big NO😔

Super unprofessional staff and rude owner. I went here for acrylics the first time and my nail broke within 4 days. I went there so they can fix their mistake as well as apply a new colour of nail paint. After using regular nail polish instead of gel, I still didn't say anything and paid for the service. However then they asked us to PAY for the repair that they should have been embarrassed about in the first place. My mom got angry as they did not mention it before the service and to which they called the owner after my mom left who kicked me out of the salon in an extremely rude and degrading gesture. I was surprised to see how can an owner of such a salon be so impudent and insulting her customers with a such bad dialect. Never again BYE
