Had a chance to stay here for a week as part of official contingent. The only good place to stay in Quetta. I must say that Serena has done a marvellous job in providing state of the art facilities at Quetta. Restaurants are well located and serve good food. Considering the distances involved and infrastructure at Quetta, they still manage to offer wide range of quality edibles. However, as compared to Karachi or Islamabad, the items are less at breakfast buffet. The staff, simply awesome. Very courteous and truthful people. They will make sure that your stay is comfortable, problem-free and enjoyable. Overall 8.5/10. Hit like if this review helped you.

I have been staying this hotel from many years, but I had never seen such pathetic situation of this property. The staff is absolutely non cooperative, arrogant and ill mannered. No one is willing to extend any sort of support. The cleanliness of hotel and rooms was quite ordinary. Air conditioning and other amenities were just average. One can assess their unprofessional and indecent behavior with this example that while I will sitting in the Serena's drop shuttle along with many others, the duty manager came with an ironing bill of meager 4$ and demanded the money in front of all passengers. It was so shameful. I question, as to why not they had taken this amount at the time of check out? And the response from the duty manager was very unprofessional and discourteous.

One of the most safest places to stay in Quetta. Luxury, style, safety, security, care at one place. Food is good. Parking is good. Comfortable rooms. Neatness is plus point.

Very nice and the only good hotel in Quetta. Very nice decor, comfortable rooms and good service. Always a pleasure being here. Beautiful architecture and very traditional style construction. The decor also reflects deep cultural roots of Balochistan. The views around the hotel are gorgeous. The hotel itself has beautiful small gardens with awesome flowers and plants. Food is also good here.

Awesome place to visit in every season but especially in summers when it's gardens have fully loaded fruit trees. However, the beauty is equally awesome in winters when even the leaves are not there on the trees.
