Serena Hotel Quetta

Had a chance to stay here for a week as part of official contingent. The only good place to stay in Quetta. I must say that Serena has done a marvellous job in providing state of the art facilities at Quetta. Restaurants are well located and serve good food. Considering the distances involved and infrastructure at Quetta, they still manage to offer wide range of quality edibles. However, as compared to Karachi or Islamabad, the items are less at breakfast buffet. The staff, simply awesome. Very courteous and truthful people. They will make sure that your stay is comfortable, problem-free and enjoyable. Overall 8.5/10. Hit like if this review helped you.

I have been staying this hotel from many years, but I had never seen such pathetic situation of this property. The staff is absolutely non cooperative, arrogant and ill mannered. No one is willing to extend any sort of support. The cleanliness of hotel and rooms was quite ordinary. Air conditioning and other amenities were just average. One can assess their unprofessional and indecent behavior with this example that while I will sitting in the Serena's drop shuttle along with many others, the duty manager came with an ironing bill of meager 4$ and demanded the money in front of all passengers. It was so shameful. I question, as to why not they had taken this amount at the time of check out? And the response from the duty manager was very unprofessional and discourteous.

One of the most safest places to stay in Quetta. Luxury, style, safety, security, care at one place. Food is good. Parking is good. Comfortable rooms. Neatness is plus point.

Very nice and the only good hotel in Quetta. Very nice decor, comfortable rooms and good service. Always a pleasure being here. Beautiful architecture and very traditional style construction. The decor also reflects deep cultural roots of Balochistan. The views around the hotel are gorgeous. The hotel itself has beautiful small gardens with awesome flowers and plants. Food is also good here.

Awesome place to visit in every season but especially in summers when it's gardens have fully loaded fruit trees. However, the beauty is equally awesome in winters when even the leaves are not there on the trees.

Great place to stay with your family. I went there in peak winters along my two daughters aged 2.5 and 0.9 Centrally heated rooms and lobbies made it possible for both the little girls to enjoy snowfall with comfort. Excellent room service, the menu is a bot pricey though, but thats what all luxury hotels charge. The buffet breakfast has a different menu every day with a huge variety. It offers something for everyone.

Serena hotel is expensive. Rent is 20,000 to 30,000 but they offer luxury living with your own private suite. Their service is very fast and I love the theme of the rooms. They always provide you with every accessories you need and free chocolates! Also, breakfast is also delicious and set up as a buffet. They also have swimming pools, sauna, steam bath and a gym. It is worth it. I recommend you stay here because the value for money is worthy.

Had a bad experience. Some key issues faced are : - Bath tub was damaged, also there was no sink cover so the water could not be stored. I called them thrice, but couldn't get it fixed. Don't know if a simple complaint can't be resolved here then what's the purpose of brand & high charges. - Water from the hot water tap was dirty, I complained and received a reply that the pipe had burst. - Food served was just average, I was expecting a very good quality with taste which was missing. - Some outdoor areas were under construction/ renovation. - Outdoor area had not much scenery. - Outdoor activities like Squash and tennis court were not available for use as some construction items were placed there.

It's a nice, cool place, very polite and helping staff. Has good quality and reasonable variety of food except croissants were not fresh daily. Initial security interaction was awful, they treated us as if we were terrorist. There's another problem on entrance....had to walk more than 50 steps in rain in a cold January night to enter the hotel. Hotel admin should do something about it.

The best option available in Quetta. Pricey but safe. Overall service was great.
