The medicine which I needed was not available in any branch of the servaid so they said it's only av

The medicine which I needed was not available in any branch of the servaid so they said it's only available in the gohad pur branch . So I called them and they said that medicine is available so I confirmed the order and they said your order will come around 4pm to 5pm .. then at 5.30 they called me and said that medicine is available but it's too far for us to deliver ... Wow U can contact the other branch so I called there they said that this medicine is not available .. So I again call the gohad pur branch and requested them to deliver the medicine but almost after 20 to 25 minutes they said we don't have this medicine Surely a very bad experience ...
