Servaid was good in the beginning and without a doubt, we were really happy that we got a High Definition medical store/pharmacy in our suburbs. But once they were in running and people had fully known about it, the quality of service immediately diminished and the staff is so slow that they'd put Sloth bears to shame. The workers are big time negligent of the customers, they don't take customers serious and even a single person would have to wait for eons to get their things and medicine. Such kind of performance is dangerous and can lead to grave tragedy as the medicine is what saves lives. This needs to be fixed.
