Firstly on a lighter note, it's not a hostel anymore. It's LLB department of Sindh University. Notwithstanding charging higher fees than nearly every other department of Sindh University and the students on self-finance giving even more than 1 lac rupees, there is no facility. Electricity problem. No good library. Useless canteen. Bathroom = urgh!. Transportation = not enough. Even there are problems with faculty too. So much to complain. If I just pick one of the problem mentioned above. The story is: Even they have a generator but that just works sometimes and that too with hiccups. And now a days it's not working at all. Every other day we don't have electricity. Not for 2 hours, or 3, but the whole time 9 to 2:00 we don't see it coming as if they are electricity thieves (and who knows they are for sure). Otherwise why there would be electricity cut every other day for such a long time. In the first place, there should be an alternate solution for students if there is a constant problem. Why students should suffer?. No teacher is able to teach and no student is able to learn in such suffocative environment and a little light coming through a window or an entrace. Even, we didn't have electricity on the first day of midters exam(21st Sep. 2017). Suffocation... darkness... sweating... so what? "Paper to dena hai na!".
