A great place to shop. They have professional salesmen and also ladies sales person. They have huge varaety and up to date stock with regular sales. Their manager is a polite person. They have casual and good boutique varaety as well as bridal stuff. Located near metro bus station. You can also replace return their stuff with original receipt. One of the best store of Saddar area.

Variety of clothes is good. Management and service is poor (Shop in question is 'Saddar Rawalpindi near KFC). Bought daughter's dress which needed alteration was told that we can pick it up next day 16:00hrs. Asked them specifically that this time is good as we were leaving for Lahore next day. Was reassured! Next day, went there at 20:00 hrs and nothing was done. Nobody in shop knew what was going on, have to stay there for 35 to 40 minutes to get it done there and then. Complained on shop's site and received a call from brand representative straight away, which was very encouraging. Only thing I can recommend is be mindfull if you need alteration and request to management to improve service standard for customers.
