This company are liars, thieves and frauds. They stole my money for over a year have not produced an

This company are liars, thieves and frauds. They stole my money for over a year have not produced any sample that I asked for and refused to send me a refund constantly saying they will update me next week. This has been ongoing for over a year. I will definitely be taking this matter up with authorities and visiting them soon.
