Thoroughly disappointed with this guest house. Nobody listens to the customer - neither staff, nor management. Examples: 1. Bathroom was not cleaned. I asked them to clean it, and they did not. I asked the manager to visit my room and see for himself. He sent somebody who did not clean. The photo is attached. 2. There was a cockroach in the sofa. It remained there for about 10 hours though I asked repeatedly to clean it. Staff and the manager both considered it not a big deal. 3. Gave my clothes for ironing - I could do a better job. Would never like to stay here again.
