Yes they've got good variety MASTER tiles but they are too overloaded with work and the staff is not very assisting. Plus the prices you get vary from person to person, eg if they know you as an old regular customer you LL be getting good discounts.

Nice place to purchase tiles, kitchen and bath accessories. But expensive but have a good variety with them. You can find any tile brand which you want to place in your house. All type of kitchen accessories and appliances of almost all well known brands are also available here. Their selling staff is really trained well and they will let you know which and what can be good or suitable to your taste and according to the built of your house. They have the delivery vans with them so there is no need to worry about the delivery of purchased products. They handle them carefully and deliver the products at desired place safely. Really nice experience to do business with them as i purchased complete tiles and accessories of kitchen and bath from them recently. They have different branches in Rawalpindi. Main branch is at Murree Road near Ojri camp and a hub branch is available at city saddar road. Both branches have good variety but the main branch situated at Murree road has more variety as they have a big place with them. Everything in main branch is placed very well and easy to approach and easily can be examined.

They have good variety and that's where the praise stops. They sold me tiles that were not in stock. Even a month after payment no chance of getting the tiles. Check the tiles very carefully and make sure you return the wrong tiles immediately; otherwise they claim the style is old and can't be returned. I had horrible experience and I am not planning to visit them ever again.

My personal experience says that they have large variety and good design of tiles but I am having problem with the sanitary fittings of Master. These products are not of good quality. One should try other brands for good return of investment.

A nice place to visit for all your tile needs, sanitary fittings and bathroom accessories. They offer handsome and competitive discounts. Staff is courteous and helpful. My experience with Mr Abaid is excellent. You may be accommodated in the limited parking space on service road and getting to the place is easy. For kitchen needs i had to go elsewhere. I suggest this place strongly and not wasting your time visiting small outlets recommended by contractors for vested interest.

Wonderful thing is they have electronic inventory system, so you are instantly informed if your desired stock is available.wonderful designs of Vanities and shower accessories. They don't have much options in bath tubs.Pricing is Market competitive and sales force is whole fleet who know thier job well. Very well organized and great shopping experience.
