One of the finest health clubs/gyms in Karachi. Accessible from most areas. They are a comprehensive gym with the works trainers and all. Multiple types of instructors available. Recently the pool got better. The also host many health challenges and days(time) based calorie/weight reduction programs. If you are into muscle and fitness they also have some really good Nutritional supplements mostly imported.
