Shapes Health Club / Gym & Fitness Centre karachi

One of the finest health clubs/gyms in Karachi. Accessible from most areas. They are a comprehensive gym with the works trainers and all. Multiple types of instructors available. Recently the pool got better. The also host many health challenges and days(time) based calorie/weight reduction programs. If you are into muscle and fitness they also have some really good Nutritional supplements mostly imported.

It's a fitness club having all the necessary equipment and machines where you can burn tor calories.

Nice place for gym workout, squash court, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Peaceful and well managed.

Perfect fitness club with multiple packages and professional trainers. Friendly staff and neat and clean facility with ample parking.

Shapes is often referred to as one of the best health and fitness centres in the city. But like most health clubs here they operate on a simple principle i.e. they are doing YOU a favour by providing you access to sub-standard and beaten down facilities for the good money that you pay. I go there once a week to play squash. They used to have two squash courts, but they are 'renovating' one of them (and it's been over a bloody year). The other court looks like someone walked in there with a machine gun and opened fire. Added to that their staff give you the impression that by switching on the lights and having the court cleaned with a broom, they have done you service fit for a king. The staff will also routinely walk in to say hello, hoping for some free cash. I haven't used any of their other facilities but the gym is nothing spectacular either from what I saw. And they love holidays, they need an excuse to shut down their gym so you can't use their facilities. It's only because I can play there for free (they have a partnership with bank Al falah, because of which credit card holders get a 6-12 free visits a month) that I go to this sorry excuse for a health club

All good except they don't guide you with their formalities u have to ask them again n again on every single day and they think u knew it before, every one has there own protocol they should guide you

Best equipment, environment is awesome. Everyday I'm stressed after work, but with the help of this facility i leave relaxed, stronger and healthier!

Peaceful, clean green beautiful environment, no parking issues for car, motorcycle, etc.
