I bought a SHARP refrigerator last year but this year, unfortunately, the fridge part decided to act up. We filed a complaint and the concerned person came and informed us that a sensor needs to be replaced which they will acquire from UAE. We were given a `few` days turnaround time but so far it has been a couple of weeks and have not heard back. Hopefully someone from the corporate office will look into this matter.
