They are thevies. I once asked them to fully refill my tank of suzuki mehran. They refilled 31 litre

They are thevies. I once asked them to fully refill my tank of suzuki mehran. They refilled 31 litres. However fuel tank capacity is only 30 litres and there was still 1 or 2 litres petrol already in my car.
