I have a long association with Shophive owner and have never heard a complaint regarding illegal/smuggled goods. Since they go through the legal route/customs sometimes their prices are higher than the market. However, they are competitively priced with the global market with most Apple products. New branch location of the well known tech shop. The staff is professional and courteous. Since this was my first visit to this branch and hadn't visited Shophive for quite some time, i forgot that they have to acquire equipment from their warehouse location and then you can either deliver it to your home/office or pickup from this location. We paid the amount and requested delivery and it was duly delivered the same day within the stipulated time period. Since this is not a display center, best is to shop online and deliver to your home or pickup from their location.

Pathetic way to attract customers. They put a sale & attract customers by giving false prices & when you go to collect the item they say that your desired item is more expensive. & they argue to you that they are right other than admitting that they are wronge.

I had ordered Redimi Note 4 -4gb in black color. They delivered the same phone in dark grey. It took me 3 calls to make them realize they had delivered the wrong color
