Worst experience with Gopal Bake's. Poor service, False promise.Honour takes no care of his clients.Never recommended.

So delicious food.i enjoyed my dinner.but service boy don't have manners.one blackish service boy so much manners less.otherwise food was awesome.

Pathetic experience!!very very unprofessional!cake delivered a DAY LATE AND THAT TOO INCORRECT!! Ordered chocolate truffle cake yesterday for my mother..since it was a surprise so didn't ask from home whether it was delivered or not.. but even after multiple follow up guys didn't even pick my call..payment was made in advance but cake wasn't delivered at all.first of all I didn't bother much because guy over the phone was so confident that cake will be delivered plus Gopal's little repo.. Today when I came to know that cake was not delivered at all then I called atleast 50 times starting 2 pm and finally at 8.30 pm cake got delivered..but Gopal'a is so so unprofessional they didn't think once or asked once before sharing the butter scotch cake while I ordered truffle..when I called back and ask he replied sir wahi ready tha wahi bhej dia..

Prime location, the food is good too but the service is very poor. They always mess up the order during deliveries and usually deny to deliver at all.

Was average... dosa was delicious and its filling was good but the chutney was not fresh and were tasting tangy.

Clranliness is good, service is very Slow and Prices are Double compared to other Restaurants in Ferozepur.

The food was good but I don't like the taste of pastries. It tastes like something like cough syrup.
