My advice: Don't even talk to agents for a second as they will trap most of the people and take hundreds of rupees by scaring them of the process. Getting inside the office is the biggest issue. Extremely unprofessional security guards.. Surrounding is like a haunted house which is full of dirt and smell. No etiquettes whatsoever shown from security guard. They don't guide properly and enjoy wasting precious time of people. Although, when you finally get inside the office then process follows smoothly. Inside the office employees works efficiently. One of the main problems is the commission agents who love to take advantage of confused people. They take rs 500-1000 per person. Obviously, the security guards are also culprits as they take their commission from agents in return of the favours.

One of the worst Government offices. No hospitality, no facilities, no guidance and even no respect for the visitors. Typical example of bad administration offices run by public sector organisations. Agent Mafia available at its best here. Very poor and disgusting.
