Waiting room why not oppened late night

When a passenger arrives befor bus or some one have to wait for the person that pick him, where he should wait when waiting room is not opened and a person that come whose mounth is full of Pan comes and rudely ask that go out and room is not opened untill 5 Am Can you justify ?

A very poor service, From Islamabad,rawalpindi to khanewal, multan. Fares are equal to luxury buses but they stopped more than an hour at motorway chowk. Driver doesn’t know how to talk with passengers.

It's a merger of New Subhan and Skyways for Faisalabad route, New Subhan bus service is fare. Rest, Skyways bus service is pathetic as they don't follow bus timings and staff behavior is just like the staff of local transporters. So if someone is looking to travel towards Faisalabad, Kohistan Express (business class) is the best option for that for comfortable travelling. Also Daewoo Bus service is an option if you want to travel on time.
