Smelly changing room, left over staff smelly cloths and dirty laundry hanging on walls, unflushed toilets, stained and dirty toilets, grease and stained shower area, steam facility smelly too, sauna mostly out of order, Jacuzzi always out of order, pool unsupervised with children, pool water cold and smelly and dirty too, worst music with quwali’s and love songs, damaged slippers, staff always stealing from lockers and administration deleting recording videos, trainers always chasing ladies. Management office full of cigarette smoke. Excellent facility with Worst administration and management.

It's a good gym just a bit dark and also there was no music. Swimming pool facility is very poor though.

One of best fitness centre in Islamabad. High standard with comparatively good costs. When you enter, first place is changing room. Then comes Swimming pool. Its 11×5.5×4 feets (Length, Max Depth, Min Depth). Along with Swimming pool there is Steam and Suana rooms with SPA room. Moving on is Cardio floor. Ample amount of Running machines and Cycles. So you don't have to wait. Then comes weight area and finally assessment room. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Dedicated training are also available, (separate fee). Cleanliness is excellent. They need to work on maintenance.

The owner and the name has been changed. very poor attitude of new administration. old administration also did very irresponsibility they sold the gym to new owner and diddt gave back the fees to members a new owner said we dont know about your fees .also they start the demolishing the gym almost half

Good Place For Fitness 👍👌💪

A great gym with very professional and expert trainers. They have a small but noce swimming pool. Separate locker rooms and changing rooms with suana and steam bath. Cycling room, dance and yoga classes room and an amazing cardio Cross fit and weights area. The views r amazing as its on a higher floor in Safa mall.
