Want to complain about shehra faisal branch karachi .. as they pick our tv 2 times n still its not working .. as a costumer its disappointing for us .. after giving even much higher amount n its a month now our tv is not working ..so pathetic service u guy provided

This is a franchise and is not a company operated outlet. The Sony center in Saddar Karachi is a company operated outlet. I called there and the attitude of the person who piced up the phone was very rude and not user friendly. Failed to justify that why they are selling ps5 at price which is higher than the market. Must avoid this place.

They are good in service and I just got my Sony TV repaired well from them in 24 hrs. Good job.
