One of the best banks operating in Pakistan. They provide very high class service and their staff is very courteous and friendly. I have worked with so many other banks but the kind of response I get from Standard Chartered bank is unmatched. I would suggest and advise everyone to consider using Standard Chartered bank for their personal and business needs.

Overall bank ATM and online services are fine but sometimes when you need to make a bank draft or any pay order, it takes ages. First fill the form, no assistance provided if you have a mistake and then you will have to get sign from the Manager yourself. Manager sahiba Kay bhi alag nakhray Hain. Need to improve customer service.

I went in SCB F11 branch for check deposit just before 12pm on Friday and came out in just 10-15mins. I was thinking that they will say to me that come after Friday prayers but they treated me v.nicely. Thanks!

Banking sector is a mess so expect anything like ATM out of order or bad customer services but that's what we have got in the name of banking. No choice.
