Contacted them out of good word for some drawings and costing on a small project and paid in full in

Contacted them out of good word for some drawings and costing on a small project and paid in full in advance ofcourse. I didnt get any quotation or costing but a few pics of the drawings. but i did get non-seriousness and lame excuses for not providing it ever.
