It's a shame that a fast food chain like Subway and something so dear to me (spent almost 4 years working for Subway in UK) has such a poorly run store in a high end area (Cantonment) of a city in Pakistan.
On the two times I have been here, the place, albeit newly built, screams of maintenance and cleanliness is an absent entity. The breads aren't much fresh, the food section is not timely refilled and the staff, of all the critical factors, doesn't really focus on the main tasks, i.e. food prep and customer. They aren't clear how much time which meat needs toasting, don't timely refill the veggie boxes and sauces on counter and don't seem to be much trained in dealing with customers (typical deyhaati/village style handling) and basic courtesy seems to be all lost on them.
Poor show all around!
