Customer service is good. But I tell you all, the fruits and other items are way too expensive at Subziphal. One would happily pay extra for a quality product, but that isn't there with SubziPhal in my year long experience. I now buy fruits from local markets like one near FB Area Water pump where quality is superb and prices are way too low in comparison. I bought 6 big fresh grapefruits in Rs 100 last week. And Subziphal is selling one Grapefruit in Rs 49. Me and my wife also bought guava in Rs 50/kg and I loved them; they were so juicy; not the quality and price I could get at Subziphal. Subziphal needs to improve a lot! Moreover, 12 custard apples in Rs 100. Fruit market at water pump is wonderful.

Very expensive.. prices vary from market rates. Unhygienic and the store is full of rates and sewerage smell. And now they don't have any physical existence at Phase 7 DHA. Only workers are bringing the vegetables and fruits from the Manddi and throw into the warehouse (Guddam).

I have placed an order for delivery of fruits and vegetable which weren't delivered properly. Parsley was missing and I should have been informed of its absence and watermelon was all moldy. Really bad service from you guys.
