Customer service is good. But I tell you all, the fruits and other items are way too expensive at Subziphal. One would happily pay extra for a quality product, but that isn't there with SubziPhal in my year long experience. I now buy fruits from local markets like one near FB Area Water pump where quality is superb and prices are way too low in comparison. I bought 6 big fresh grapefruits in Rs 100 last week. And Subziphal is selling one Grapefruit in Rs 49. Me and my wife also bought guava in Rs 50/kg and I loved them; they were so juicy; not the quality and price I could get at Subziphal. Subziphal needs to improve a lot! Moreover, 12 custard apples in Rs 100. Fruit market at water pump is wonderful.

Very expensive.. prices vary from market rates. Unhygienic and the store is full of rates and sewerage smell. And now they don't have any physical existence at Phase 7 DHA. Only workers are bringing the vegetables and fruits from the Manddi and throw into the warehouse (Guddam).

I have placed an order for delivery of fruits and vegetable which weren't delivered properly. Parsley was missing and I should have been informed of its absence and watermelon was all moldy. Really bad service from you guys.

definitely they deliver good quality of fruits and vegetable but in expensive rates. sometime they have cheaper rates as well.

Great service

This place is a total knockout of phalsabzi. These people are looting customers by providing low quality items. I ordered 5 kg chonsa mangoes from them just for the convenience. The city is full of chonsa aam. These guys sent me the most pathetic chonsa aam that I have ever eaten. The mangoes were spoiled from the middle and raw on the edges. I placed them in the fridge and then tried one. Thought it's just this One, then the second then the third. Talk about wishful thinking 🤔 Anyways,I called them about my experience, and the guy told me that I should've complained within 3 hours. Imagine, trying out the warm mangoes so that you can complain about it. Anyways, obviously they are not interested in my business and I'm not interested in giving them business any more Update: The manager called and exchanged the mangoes. The other ones were better quality.

For the first time I have tried some Pakistani online service to deliver fruits but trust me that was the worst decision ever I made. This company is totally unprofessional. Seems like they bought stuff from some street fruit seller and put it white plastic bag and deliver it. I've order 10 kg of mangos, 2 boxes of cherries and 2 Avacado. Mangos and cherries were delivered somehow and all of the mangos were in bad condition from inside as shown in the picture and moreover I have received those products on 5th July with the promise of delivery guy that company is shortage of avocado and he willl be back by next day with avocado and today is 11th of July and no one came nor I got any message from company. Big advice for anyone who is reading my review. Please step out and buy ur self instead wasting your money on these people who really doesn't care not value our money.

Very good service.. fruits and vegetables are freshly delivered mostly on same or next day..

Delivery service is very weak, there is no time of arrival. I ordered an entirely different product and they sent me another cheaper product as a replacement because mine was out of stock. I kept calling for hours and there is never any response. No response on facebook page also. Not a good experience.
