I would highly recommend people not to use their services. They are time bound and will rush everything just to get the job done while jeopardizing the quality. I had 2 AC's displaced and installed in different rooms. 1 of the AC's inner mount bracket was not installed correctly and the other leaked gas after paying 2k for it. Meanwhile I called a painter 3 times and i had no one come or respond to my queries. Seriously stop advertising something you cannot deliver 100%. I paid 10k for something my local ac technicians would've done for 6 7k and the only reason i did it from them was i thought these guys would be professional. Disappointing overall.

Waste of money. I called them because my AC wasn't cooling. They came and fixed it. It worked fine for 5-6 days and stopped cooling again. I called them within 10 days (7 working days: Exclusing Saturday, Sunday and a public holiday). They were asking for the repair charges again. Their repair policy is of 7 days including Saturday and Sunday. I had called them on Saturday and Sunday both but they weren't picking up. Anyway, I managed to convince them to come again without charging me again. This time they took the AC to their repair center and came back after a few days. They fixed it but it only worked for 3 more weeks and stopped cooloing yet again. I wrote a review on their wall on Facebook too. They seem to have removed the review section so I'm writing the review here. Anyway, I went to an AC repair shop near my house. I told them about my experience with Sukoon. They took the AC back and fixed it. The process was smooth. It has been 6-8 months and it's still working fine. Issue: Gas leakge Brand Name: Kenwood Purchase Month: June 2015
