I bought a pair of leather shoes from their shop two years ago. Despite the obviously high rates, i bought them due to the quality reassuranceby the shop assistant. The first time i wore them, the sole peeled away from one of the shoes. I took it to the shop and they promised to repair it and return it soon. Soon in their dictionary implies 1 year. The sole was clearly just glued on but i was so tired of the wait by now that i took it. 1 wear later, the heel literally got torn off one of the shoes as if it were cut out or puled out. The shoes also look like they have been worn 300 times instead of merely 3. Worst shoe buying experience ever!
