Established in accordance to the Part VII of the Constitution of Pakistan, it has ultimate and extensive appellate, original, and advisory jurisdictions on all courts (including the high courts, district, special and Shariat court), involving issues of laws and may act on the verdicts rendered on the cases in context in which it enjoys jurisdiction. In the court system of Pakistan, the Supreme Court is the final arbiter of legal and constitutional disputes as well as final interpreter of constitutional law, and the highest court of appeal in Pakistan. In its modern composition, the Supreme Court is incorporated of Chief Justice of Pakistan, sixteenth justices and two ad-hoc who are confirmed to their appointment by the President upon their nominations from the Prime Minister's selection based on their merited qualifications. Once appointed, justices are expected to completed a designated term and then retire, unless their term is terminated through resignation or impeachment by the Supreme Judicial Council resulted in a presidential reference in regards to the misconduct of judge(s). In their discourse judgement, the justices are often categorized as having the conservative, textual, moderate, and liberal philosophies of law in their judicial interpretation of law and judgements.:1915[2]:436[3] The Supreme Court has a permanent seat in Islamabad and meets at the Supreme Court Building at the Constitution Avenue. Muhammed Yasin, Ex Assistant Director and Muhammad Fayyaz Ex Accountant of Al-Mizan Foundation, Rawalpindi they both physically and verbal abuse me and my brother. They both are not fit for any Job or work in any organization in the world. They are 3rd class garbage, very pathetic corrupt minded people. Muhammad Fayyaz,Ex, Accountant and Muhammad Yasin, Assistant Director, of Al-Mizan Foundation did financial irregularities ,unauthorized expenditure without approval of the Board Rs.144.127 million, unauthorized investment Rs.450.000 million, Loss due to mismanagement of investment Rs. 126.525 million, Loss due to allotment of shops without open auction and non recovery of dues. Rs.5.517 million, Non recovery of 5 Percent House rent charges from allottees, Irregular expenditure on POL and repair/ maintenance of vehicle in the absence of movement register and log book Rs.0.711 million, Irregular expenditure on the account of pay Rs.79.868 million. Both Muhammad Fayyaz, Ex Accountant, and Muhammad Yasin, Ex Assistant Director have given Resignations there Resignations have been accepted by Ex Registrar Khawaja Daud with the help of Owais Human Rights Director.They both , Khawaja and Owais are not fit for any Job any where. They both have destroyed Life of people. Never believe them they are liars. Cheaters, Big Corrupt dirty People. With the help of Muhammad Fayyaz, Ex Accountant, and Muhammad Yasin, Ex Assistant Director , they employed Riaz Hussain Awan Superintendent and Sarfraz Hussain Shah ,illegally in the Office. They all are not fit for any work.They are not human being. They all are donkey,hypocrites. In one room they will say another thing and on other room they will say another thing. Muhammad Fayyaz, Accountant, and Muhammad Yasin, Assistant Director, will make people fight with each other, then they will laugh. Muhammad Fayyaz, Accountant has taken huge amount of money as a lone from the office, for his children, and for his house making and never returned the money back, with the help of Muhammad Yasin, Assistant Director,Muhammad Owais, Director human rights Cell ,Naib Qasid Ameen, have very sweet tounge he will stabe you in your back. Every one who is working in this Supreme Court will stabe you in the back. They all have very sweet tounge. Khawaja Daud Ex Registrar doesn't know how to talk with his subordinates. Khawaja Daud Ex Registrar/Ex Secretary Al-Mizan Foundation does not no how to talk and work with his subordinates in the office. He is very ill mannered and rude person. He was very cruel person. He was a Pharone, Muhammad Owais, Director Human Rights Cell was his Naib Qasid in running the affairs of Al-Mizan Foundation, Rawalpindi.They all are very corrupt people. Be aware!!!!!!!
